Kexgill added to their ever growing list of accolades for 2018 by scooping “Best Student Landlord 2018” at the North West Property Awards (NWPA’S).
The North West Property Awards (NWPA’s) is an annual event that celebrates a year of success across the property industry. On Thursday 11th October 2018 it was once again held in Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral’s Lutyens Crypt surrounded by glitz and glamour. The black tie event was hosted by Radio City presenter Simon ‘Rossie’ Ross.
This year’s expert judges included Alastair Shepherd, director of Falconer Chester Hall; Lesley Martin-Wright, CEO of Knowsley Chamber and head of business growth for Knowsley Council; and Elaine Cunningham, owner of Elaine Cunningham Design Studio.
Almost 300 guests enjoyed a warm welcome that included drinks and live music from folk group “D’Ukes of Hazzard”. A three-course meal followed with a final musical performance from “Northern Lights” that had plenty of guests heading to the dance floor.
Antony Worswick, Branch Manager of Kexgill Preston & Head of Marketing, who attended the event said; “It was a fantastic evening that was superbly hosted and filled with entertainment. The title of “Best Student Landlord” for the entire North-West is an unbelievable achievement and we could not be prouder. Our staff’s hard work and dedication to their profession is the reason behind a win like this. We would like to thank the NWPA’s for all their hard work in hosting a special evening.”
